ABOUT ME
I’m Carmen Rey, a visual artist specializing in figurative art.
This series of works was born from a moment in my life when I needed to pause and look inward. I began creating pieces where gesture and expression represented my personal story, as well as my need for solitude, calm, and inner dialogue.
In each painting, I express myself differently, without a fixed process, but always striving to maintain a balance between accurate figure representation and creativity through color and painterly effects. In all these works, I share and convey my emotional moment, hoping they find the person they can truly speak to.
